Part-Time Facility Maintenance Attendant
Employment Status: Part-Time (20hrs or less) Dept.: Parks and Recreation Salary: $15.00/hour
JOB SUMMARY
The position is to attend and assist a wide range of miscellaneous public and private events, building maintenance, working in tandem with the Facilities Maintenance and under the supervision of the Wimberley Community Center Manager. Must have personable skills and able to communicate with guests, the public, coworkers, city staff, and management in an efficient and respectful manner. Customer Service Representative
Employment Status: Part-Time (20hrs. or less) Dept.: Parks and Recreation Salary: $15.00/hour
JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Program Coordinator
Employment Status: Part-Time (20hrs. or less) Dept.: Parks and Recreation Salary: $16.00/hour
JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision of the Parks Director and the Recreation Manager, the Programs Coordinator is responsible for aiding with the development, planning, execution, and evaluation of programs and events for the Parks and Recreation Department. This customer and community-oriented position will coordinate with park staff and outside organizations to achieve goals and objectives set by the Department.
