Houseplants 101

Are you looking for your next houseplant? Join us on the first Friday of each month at the Wimberley Community Center for Plant and Paint. Meet your Parks and Recreation Director and learn how to take care of your favorite bushy, spikey, and flowery houseplants!

Participants will paint a flower pot and take home a houseplant of their very own! Each month will feature a different plant.

Dates and Program fee

Participants will meet at the Wimberley Community Center on the first Friday of each month from 9:00am - 10:30am. Program Fee is $10 per person. Online registration is required.

  • September 2nd - Anthuriums
  • October 7th - Snake Plant
  • November 4th - Amarylis
  • December 2nd - Christmas Cactus
