City Administrator

The City Administrator provides administrative direction and supervision in the development of all municipal policies for review and adoption by the Mayor and City Council. He prepares the operating and capital budget proposals and directs investment and purchasing activities for all City of Wimberley funds.

Among these responsibilities, he also coordinates the enforcement of municipal ordinances, rules, policies, and procedures, and works closely with the City Attorney to ensure City policies are in compliance with State and Federal laws. Duties also include regularly attending meetings of the various City boards, commissions and committees, managing the dissemination of information to the public and media organizations.

He is available to assist citizens with questions regarding development issues, as well as processing applications for zoning, conditional use permits, variances, and subdivisions.
